I love bats as a Halloween theme, although bats are interesting to study at any time of year. For preschoolers, I like my themes to be non-scary, so I've included lots of cute bat photos and printables. The vampire bat photo is slightly scary, but the least scary one I could find!

I have lots of free bat printables and activities, including a bat-themed pack for newsletter subscribers at LivingMontessoriNow.com
