Montessori-Inspired Me on the Map Activities Using Free Printables

By Deb Chitwood from Living Montessori Now

Me on the map activities are a wonderful way to help young children begin to discover where they are in the world. They're great at any time of year, although they're often used at the beginning of the school year as part of an "all about me" theme.

Whenever you choose to do a me on the map unit (or a few me on the map activities), you'll  find lots of free printables and activities, including a me on the map themed pack for newsletter subscribers at LivingMontessoriNow.com

You'll find many activities for preschoolers through first graders throughout the year along with presentation ideas in my previous posts at PreK + K Sharing. You'll also find ideas for using free printables to create activity trays here: How to Use Printables to Create Montessori-Inspired Activities

At Living Montessori Now, I have a post with resource links of Free Printables for Montessori Homeschools and Preschools.
